About the MuseumThe New Hampshire Historical Society serves thousands of children and adults each year through its Museum of New Hampshire History, research library, educational programs, and award-winning publications. The Museum of New Hampshire History, located at 6 Eagle Square in Concord, offers exhibitions on the state's heritage and traditions as well as a variety of programs for children and adults. Admission
Guided and self-guided group tours are available by advance reservation. For adult tours, the fees are $4.50 per person for a guided tour (with a $50.00 minimum charge) and $3.50 per person for a self-guided tour (with a $40.00 minimum charge). Guided school and youth tours also are available. Visit our school programs page for details on our varied programs. Northbound - turn left at the light at the end of the exit ramp; Southbound - turn right at the light at the end of the exit ramp. Stay in the right lane. At North Main Street turn right. Take the next right onto Storrs Street. Pass under a bridge and overhead parking garage; the museum parking lot entrance is on the left just as you begin to emerge from under the overhead parking garage. At the parking lot entrance gate, take a ticket to open the lot gate. After parking, cross Storrs Street to the museum entrance. The museum is a four-story granite building. Parking is free for museum and library visitors. Bring your parking lot ticket to redeem for an exit token at either the museum or library reception desks.
